Belle and Sebastian are an indie pop band formed in Glasgow, Scotland in 1996. They have been called the greatest Scottish band ever, and are one of the most celebrated groups of the 1990s.











Belle and Sebastian are often compared to influential indie bands such as The Smiths, as well as classic rock acts such as Love, Bob Dylan and Nick Drake. Their brand of "wistful pop" has enjoyed quite a commercial success with a huge underground following all over * the world. Their guitarist Richard a.k.a. DJ / Rico has been a DJ since before the band were even formed, thus with the band taking a year break, he's continuing to carry their flag all over the world through his DJ sets as Belle and Sebastian DJ set.

The Borobudur is a temple with spectacular structure surrounded by steamy jungles. This ancient building on the isle of Java is an impressive site.
